Terms of Service

Effective 5 August 2026

These terms apply to the purchase and use of every RestoSheet package. By placing an order you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

1. Provider

RestoSheet is operated by PREPPY COMPANY LIMITED, a company registered in Thailand. Contact us at restosheet@gmail.com or through the RestoSheet Page on Facebook Messenger.

2. What you receive

RestoSheet is a restaurant management system built on Google Sheets. It is a one-time purchase with no monthly fee, available in three packages:

• Basic, THB 499 income and expense tracking with summaries
• Standard, THB 1,290 adds tax records, unpaid bills, and basic stock control
• Pro, THB 2,490 adds recipe costing, yield, and selling price calculation

A Google account is required. The file runs inside Google Sheets, a service provided by Google and outside our control.

3. Orders and payment

• Orders are placed at restosheet.com/order and paid by bank transfer for the stated amount
• Payment slips are verified automatically; once the amount matches, the files are emailed to the address you provided within minutes
• If automatic verification fails, our team reviews the slip manually and follows up with you
• Please enter your email carefully. If the files go to a wrong address, contact us and we will resend them
• Prices are final. We are not yet VAT registered, so no VAT is charged

4. Licence

After payment you receive a perpetual licence to use the files within your own business, subject to the following:

• Use is permitted for the buyer's own restaurant or business, including your own staff
• Reselling, renting, redistributing, or publishing the files in whole or in part is not permitted
• You may not repackage the formulas or file structure into a product of your own for sale
• You are free to customise the files for your own operation

Copyright in the original files remains with PREPPY COMPANY LIMITED.

5. Refunds

RestoSheet is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Once the files have been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.

However, if the files you received do not work, cannot be opened, or do not match the package you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will fix the problem or resend the files at no cost.

6. Support

We answer usage questions through our Facebook Page or by email during business hours. Support covers using the files as designed. It does not include building custom features for an individual restaurant or repairing files that have been modified beyond their original structure.

7. Limitation of liability

The files are provided as is. We are not liable for business losses, lost revenue, or errors arising from data entered by the user. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of figures before relying on them for business decisions or tax filings.

All data you enter stays in your own Google account. We do not keep a copy, and backups are your responsibility.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms in future and will change the effective date above. Changes do not affect the licence for files you have already purchased.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
